1Co 5:1 It is common knowledge that there is promiscuity among you, and of a kind not even seen among the non-Judeans: a man has his father’s wife.
1Co 5:2 And you are proud! Should you not instead mourn, so that the one committing this act is removed from among you?
1Co 5:3 I may not be there in person, but I am with you in spirit, and I have already judged the one who has done this just as I would if I were there.
1Co 5:4 When you are assembled together in the Name of our Master Jesus, and I am with you there in spirit along with the power of our Master Jesus,
1Co 5:5 hand this one over to the Adversary for the extermination of the flesh, so that the spirit may be saved on the Day of the Master.
1Co 5:6 Your bragging is not exactly the best thing to do. Don’t you know that it only takes a little yeast to make the whole loaf rise?
1Co 5:7 Then purge the old yeast, so that you can be a “fresh loaf” without yeast to go along with our sacrificed Passover (the Anointed).
1Co 5:8 Let us observe the Festival, not with the old yeast of evil and malice, but with the bread without yeast, with sincerity and truth.
1Co 5:9 When I wrote to you before, I told you not to mingle with the promiscuous,
1Co 5:10 but I didn’t mean those of the world— the greedy, extortioners, and idolaters. In that case you’d have to completely leave the world.
1Co 5:11 But what I’m saying is that you must not mingle with anyone who is called a sister or brother that is promiscuous, or greedy, or an idolater, or a mocker, or a drunkard, or an extortioner. Do not even eat with people like that!
1Co 5:12 After all, what business is it of mine to judge outsiders? Are you not to judge those on the inside?
1Co 5:13 God will judge the outsiders. So expel the evil one from among you!

1Co 5:1 ὁλως ακουεται εν ὑμιν πορνεια και τοιαυτη πορνεια ἡτις ουδε εν τοις εθνεσιν ὡστε γυναικα τινα του πατρος εχειν
1Co 5:2 και ὑμεις πεφυσιωμενοι εστε και ουχι μαλλον επενθησατε ἱνα αρθη εκ μεσου ὑμων ὁ το εργον τουτο ποιησας
1Co 5:3 εγω μεν γαρ απων τω σωματι παρων δε τω πνευματι ηδη κεκρικα ὡς παρων τον οὑτως τουτο κατεργασαμενον
1Co 5:4 εν τω ονοματι του κυριου ἡμων ιησου χριστου συναχθεντων ὑμων και του εμου πνευματος συν τη δυναμει του κυριου ἡμων ιησου
1Co 5:5 παραδουναι τον τοιουτον τω σατανα εις ολεθρον της σαρκος ἱνα το πνευμα σωθη εν τη ἡμερα του κυριου
1Co 5:6 ου καλον το καυχημα ὑμων ουκ οιδατε ὁτι μικρα ζυμη ὁλον το φυραμα ζυμοι
1Co 5:7 εκκαθαρατε την παλαιαν ζυμην ἱνα ητε νεον φυραμα καθως εστε αζυμοι και γαρ το πασχα ἡμων ετυθη χριστος
1Co 5:8 ὡστε ἑορταζωμεν μη εν ζυμη παλαια μηδε εν ζυμη κακιας και πονηριας αλλ᾽ εν αζυμοις ειλικρινειας και αληθειας
1Co 5:9 εγραψα ὑμιν εν τη επιστολη μη συναναμιγνυσθαι πορνοις
1Co 5:10 ου παντως τοις πορνοις του κοσμου τουτου η τοις πλεονεκταις και ἁρπαξιν η ειδωλολατραις επει οφειλετε αρα εκ του κοσμου εξελθειν
1Co 5:11 νυν δε εγραψα ὑμιν μη συναναμιγνυσθαι εαν τις αδελφος ονομαζομενος η πορνος η πλεονεκτης η ειδωλολατρης η λοιδορος η μεθυσος η ἁρπαξ τω τοιουτω μηδε συνεσθιειν
1Co 5:12 τι γαρ μοι τους εξω κρινειν ουχι τους εσω ὑμεις κρινετε
1Co 5:13 τους δε εξω ὁ θεος κρινει εξαρειτε τον πονηρον εξ ὑμων αυτων
